| | Comments of the author about the case: | With different possibilities, the intramedullary splinting of pathologic fractures due to juvenile bone cysts has proven itself. One assumes that the splinting stabilizes the fracture as well as creates a connection between the marrow and the cystic cavity, which promotes healing. | |
