    16 year-old with massive flat feet and an obvious bunion. Increased forefoot callouses and metatarsalgia with emphasis of the big toe.

    X-Ray 1 <- view X-Ray 1

    X-Ray 1: Left-hand side: Preoperative findings: spanning of the metatarsals, Metatarsus primus varus, Hallux valgus, decentralization of the sesamoid bone under the large toe joint.

    Right-hand side: Postoperative findings in proximal osteotomy at Metatarsal I and arthroplasty of the large toe. Now there is good centralization of the sesame bones. (green arrow)
