MRI 1: Right knee joint (T2-weighted sequences sagittal with fat saturation) Garland-like changes in the bone marrow in the shafts of the femur, tibia and fibula as well as the patella and epiphyses. Hypointense demarcations in the femoral condyles and the patella on both sides. Small amount of joint effusion.
