Pathologische Fraktur bei juveniler Knochenzyste:  juvenile knochenzyste oberarm

meine tochter ist 10 jahr alt sie ist von 2jahre operiet geworden wegen ein oberarm knochenzyste, ist alles gut gegangen und sie haben in die arm ein kunstlisch knoche implatiert letzt jahre ,aber nach 1 jahre ist dieser arm wieder gebrochen und der zyst ist nicht weg .die ärzte sagt das nicht schlimm ist" Konnen mir sagen ist das schlimm oder nicht" und mir sagen was kann passieren.

Sehr geehrte Masala,
Eine Knochenzyste ist an sich harmlos. Es ist kein Tumor sondern ein (normalerweise) Fluessigkeitsgefuellter Hohlraum im Knochen. Einige Zysten sind "strategisch" an Stellen lokalisiert die hoeherem mechanischen Stress unterliegen und schlimmstenfalls zu Bruechen fuehren koennen. (z.B. Am Oberschenkelhals/Kopf oder Hals/Kopf des Oberarmknochens).
Zysten haben KEIN malignes Potential (maligne = boesartiger Tumor/Krebs).
Ich hoffe dass Ihnen diese Information etwas Beruhigung verschafft. Ich wuensche Ihnen und Ihrem Kind alles Gute.
