Mikroadenome der Hypophyse:��mikroadenom

hallo mein nme ist nina ich bin 21 jahre und bei mir wurde vor 3 wochen ein mikroadenom endeckt ich hab st�ndig starke kopfschmerzen und meine tage blieb 5 monate aus und manchmal ist es nicht mehr auszuhalten ich nehme zurzeit medikamente wegen mein Prolaktinspiegel weil es ziehmlich hoch ist ja in 6 wochen muss ich wieder zum arzt um mein blut zu untersuchen
kann mir jemand erkl�hren was das �berhaupt bedeutet kann mann es auch operieren wenn es klein ist warscheinlich h�rt bei mir die schmerzen im kopf dan auf

		re: Mikroadenome der Hypophyse:��mikroadenom (Roland Talanow \| 12.02.10) -> View the case Prolaktin-sezernierende Tumoren haben eine Rezidiv-Rate von ungefaehr 50%. Deshalb ist die medikamentoese Therapie erst einmal bevorzugt. Falls zur Operation entschlossen wurde, ist der trans-sphenoidale Eingriff am effektivsten. Postoperative Radiotherapie scheint nicht effektiv zu sein. Einige Zentren fuehren "Gamma-Knife" Bestrahlung fuer wiederkehrende Tumoren durch. Ich hoffe dies hat geholfen.
