Hallo,
auch ich habe eine Tochter mit dieser Diagnose. In der 14. Schwangerschaftswoche wurden damals drei kleine Schatten auf ihrer Lunge entdeckt. Die Angst war gro�.
W�hrend der Schwangerschaft wurde ich im 4-w�chigen Rhytmus untersucht (3-D-Ultraschall). Die Zyste ist zwar mitgewachsen, hat sich aber im Verh�ltnis nicht vergr��ert. Nach der Geburt (die Kleine atmete absolut unauff�llig) wurde sicherheitshalber ein CT und eine Lungenspiegelung vorgenommen. Ergebnis: alles regelgerecht.
Meine Tochter ist nun fast vier Jahre alt. Der Schatten (die Zyste) auf ihrer Lunge ist noch da, beeintr�chtigt sie nicht im geringsten. Sie hatte noch keine Lungenentz�ndung, leidete bisher nie unter Atemnot, sie macht Sport, ist nicht chronisch krank und Erl�ltungen hatte sie ab und zu, wie jedes andere Kind auch.
Die �rzte hatten bei ihr nie zu einer OP geraten, da es keine Anzeichen gab, die das Kind beeintr�chtigen.
Solange sich das Kind normal und unauff�llig entwickelt, w�rde ich niemals operieren lassen. Werden andere Organe in ihrer Funktion eingeschr�nkt, leidet das Kind unter Atemnot und h�ufigen Lungenentz�ndungen, sollte eine OP m�glichst in den ersten Lebensjahren erfolgen.
