	Radiological findings:	<- view Ultrasound 1 Ultrasound 1: Hypoechoic mass without contents within the parenchyma of liver segment VIII <- view Ultrasound 2 Ultrasound 2: Magnified view, no contents, smooth walls. <- view Ultrasound 3 Ultrasound 3: Demonstration in 2 views with size numbers.
	Diagnosis confirmation:	Imaging including endoscopy
	Which DD would be also possible with the radiological findings:	Echinococcal cyst, hepatic abscess, hepatic hematoma
	Course / Prognosis / Frequency / Other :	Sonographic follow-ups, since an increase in size has been described. Enlarging cysts may be sclerosed.
