	History:	10 year old boy with a direct trauma to the genital area (kick) two days prior. Because of continuous pain and increasing swelling, presented in the ER: massive swelling of the scrotum, significant hematoma, clinical evaluation by palpation impossible
	Pathomorphology or Pathophysiology of this disease :	N/A
	Radiological findings:	<- view Ultrasound 1 Ultrasound 1: Testes with triangular a weak echogenic structure in the upper pole (arrows) <- view OP-Situs 1 OP-Situs 1: surgical findings <- view OP-Situs 2 OP-Situs 2: surgical findings <- view Ultrasound 2 Ultrasound 2: postoperative ultrasound findings.
	Diagnosis confirmation:	Surgery / Histo
	Which DD would be also possible with the radiological findings:	Hemophilic hemorrhage
	Course / Prognosis / Frequency / Other :	Immediate surgical therapy. Testicular suture healed unproblematically. Sonographic examination showed no atrophy, good vascularisation. Classification of the trauma was based on the SOUVAGE classification.
