Ovarian cystoma, mesenterial cyst  

After ruling out an acute surgical process, initally observing. In persisting abdominal pain and without spontaneous regression of the ovarian cyst, a laparoscopic cystostomy and and resection of the cyst's body and partially the cystic wall.
Histology: preovulatory follicle cyst
