	Comments of the author about the case:	With high-resolution ultrasound devices, one obtains images that schematically resemble the earlier contrast media representations, Bishop's well-known "umbrella sign" is seen on this image, but now with additional information reagarding the suroounding tissue. Or do you disagree?
