3 year-old child with ataxia, gait disorder for a longer while. In difficult social environment, the mother took her child to the doctor only upon request of the kindergarden teacher.

Schwannoma  

Depending on the surgery, the prognosis is good. At this moment, only partially removed tumor with regression of the cerebellar signs.  

Meningeomas are very rare tumors in children, particularly infratentorial ones.
