 | History: | 11 year old girl with sudden problems with vision and loss of sensation in the left arm. Otherwise, no clinical symptoms. In an outside (university) clinic, dissection of the verebral artery on the left side was diagnosed and an Aspirin-treatment was encouraged, which was rejected by the mother. The child was called in for a second opinion to us, where a MRI with MR-angiography was completed. | |
