    Ultrasound 1 <- view Ultrasound 1

    Ultrasound 1: Scrotal contents left: Normal testicular findings (12 MHz)




    Ultrasound 2 <- view Ultrasound 2

    Ultrasound 2: Scrotal contents right, longitudinal: Testes in normal size with slight increase in echogenicity. Above, an aperistaltic, septated structure which is low in echoes.




    Ultrasound 3 <- view Ultrasound 3

    Ultrasound 3: Scrotal contents right, transversal.

    Hyperperfusion of the right testes.

    Inguinal hernia

    Clinically, testicular torsion would be possible (ultrasound with hyperperfusion exempts this diagnosis)

    Surgery: Showing of uncoagulated blood. No proof of a testicular torsion. No proof of a cause of hemorrhage.
