 | History: | In infancy there is only rarely clincal symptoms. Often the diagnosis is based on chance findings, although the tumorous nature could possibly cause symptoms. | |
 | Pathomorphology or Pathophysiology of this disease : | Adenomatotic proliferation of the brochioles. Depending on amount of air within, there is a difference to be made in the types I-III. Bullae, cystic degeneration of the lung tissue or small cystic (solid impressionable) lesions. | |

Solid or cystic pulmonary changes (Type I-III). The spectrum reaches from a solitary cyst to multicystic confluent lesions to solid chadnges. Often multifocal.
